Terms and Conditions

These are terms and conditions the buyer has to agree.

1. Cancellation of purchase is strictly prohibited once agreed by both side.  
2. Goods sold are non-refundable.
3. Goods that are broken/damage at the hand of buyer cannot be traded back.
4. Delivery will be made one (1) day after we have received the payment.
5. Postage costs are under buyer's responsibility.
6. Pos Laju is recommended as Pos Laju require signature of the person who took the parcel. Hence, will make the right person receive the parcel.
7. The Pos laju rate is according to POS Malaysia. Within Peninsular Malaysia, the cost is RM 6.00 and add RM 3 for West Malaysia. Meanwhile, The Pos Express rate is RM 4.00 for first 500 gm within Peninsular Malaysia, and add RM 3 more for West Malaysia. However, the actual rate will be given to you if have any changes.  
8. BubblyShop will not responsible for any lost parcel.
9. After booking, buyer has five (5) days to make the payment.
